Hi, I’m Michelle!
I’m a licensed psychotherapist, mentor, coach, speaker, and author. For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate anxiety, relational struggles, spiritual or narcissistic abuse, burnout, lingering shame, and identity challenges.
My work is compassionate, curiosity-driven, and practical. Together, we slow down, explore the “why” behind your patterns, honor the ways you’ve survived, and build new rhythms rooted in self-trust, clarity, and emotional freedom. Whether through one-on-one counseling, coaching, or leadership development, my goal is to create a space where you can be fully seen and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
I’m also the author of Cracked Open: A Journey to a Resilient and Independent Mindset, a book born from both my personal story and my professional training. In it, I share my own experience of navigating religious trauma and narcissistic abuse, while inviting readers to embrace resilience, rediscover their authentic selves, and find freedom in change.

On a Personal Note
I live in Seattle with my partner and am the proud mom of five amazing adult children. Outside of work, you’ll often find me sipping a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, flowing through yoga, exploring new cultures through food and travel, or cheering loudly from the bleachers. My heart beats a little faster for 80’s music and a well-made Old Fashioned, and I’ll never say no to a good road trip with the windows down.
*If you don’t see exactly what you need but feel we could be a good fit, send me a message—I’d love to connect.
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
